Whilst racing another team and/or the clock can get intense at times, it does not require physical fitness or strength and there is no horror or terror, so it’s brilliant fun and inclusive for everyone - all ages, physical abilities and interests.

Escape Quest can accommodate for any group size across our Escape Rooms, VR Escape Rooms and Outdoor Escape Rooms.
Teams race the clock to escape in under one hour and also race head to head with each other to escape first. For groups larger, multiple sessions can be booked and groups can be rotated with other activities in Queenstown.

Experience length: we recommend allowing 1.5 hours in total per game/ session. There is a short briefing before the approx 1 hour escape experience followed by Victorian dress up or VR avatar team photos afterwards (included in price)

Dress up photos: taken after your escape, 1860s, Victorian dress up or VR avatar group photos are a fun way to remember your party and are included in the price
​
All weather activity*: Escape Rooms and VR Escape Room are an indoor activity and is not weather dependent. *Our Outdoor escape room is weather dependent.

Play at Home/Work Escape Rooms: Don’t have time to leave the conference venue but want a unique Queenstown team building experience? Our Augmented Reality Play at Home/Work is ideal challenge.

To bring if required: reading glasses (contact lenses preferable for VR), water bottle

Quite a different experience to their original rooms however still such a fun and cool experience. “Perfect off mountain activity - i recently did ‘jackpot in the miner’s cottage’ with four very clever friends at escape quest queenstown. What a hoot! We’d all done other rooms thereon last trips, but this was far more challenging for sure. I think 5 team members was the perfect number as we all looked at things differently so solved different aspects of the room. They’ve done a great job on this room and it was a perfect progression from the other rooms, so if you’re up for a challenge, grab a few friends and try this room! We did it in 46 minutes which i think was pretty good!”
